I had an awful accident in Avery County. I ,totalled my car and was ticketed and fined. I didn't know where to turn. Mr McElwee was one of the most reasonably priced attorneys but more importantly he called me and let me know he could take care of all the things needed to resolve the matter. which relieved a lot of anxiety during the process. The case took more than one court hearing and 4 months but his one fee stayed the same, And the day before the 2nd court date , I got the email saying all charges and fines were dismissed.
