WOW. This was my first traffic ticket, I was scared didn't know what to do. I was told my insurance would up. Points would be added to my license. So so helpful! They were able to take care of a speeding ticket in Boone by reducing the charge to improper equipment. I will not get points on my license or increased insurance, and they were very affordable! I will say it took awhile to get a response sometimes, but we were communicating mostly through text so I understand the delay. Overall I am satisfied and would hire again if needed!
